Scottish​,​ fiesty and passionate about painting mainly portraits with a bit of an abstract and quirky twist. Life as a single parent to 2 boys wasn't easy with little money and going through some challenging times. Life was always chaotic; frustrating​,​ exhausting and fun. During this time I studied food science at university and have had an eventful career in the food and drinks industry. I always dreamed of doing art when my boys grew up. Losing my sister suddenly during lockdown 2020 gave me time to rethink​,​ slow down and start painting to keep my sanity through grief ...I hope you can find the fun in my work.
