Having fallen victim to burnout and total adrenal shut down I found art was a task that allowed me to slowly recharge. Socially I became completely withdrawn so my art became my outlet for my wide ranging emotions from despair to hope. This piece helped me look to a time when, possibly, the good times will return without the pressure of actually interacting with the outside world.
